Hello, my name is Jude and I am an experienced English-speaking counsellor and therapist in Prague. I offer private in-person sessions for adults at my centrally located office in Vinohrady, or alternatively online.

​Are you experiencing some kind of difficulty or just need someone to talk to? I understand that it can be a little unnerving to seek the help of a therapist but I provide a warm, friendly and confidential service, in a relaxed environment, where you can feel comfortable talking about your issues.

I take a Person-Centered approach to working with my clients, whereby I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important for you to feel secure in therapy and bring about change. I will always actively listen and treat you with respect and empathy while you decide what issues and how deeply you want to talk about them. I also integrate Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) into sessions as this collaborative approach is driven by your own goals and has been shown to be effective in the treatment of common problems such as anxiety and phobias.
